We’ve got another
great year ahead of us and hopefully you’ve gotten as much out of the
great programs that NTRWA has worked to bring you as I have. It’s only
proper that we take the time to thank everyone that has served on the
board this past year or volunteered in any capacity. We thank you for
the wonderful programs and opportunities that have been presented to
learn and enhance the craft of writing for each of us. In addition,
thanks to all the members of NT for making this chapter a great place to
come for writing help and support.
I would personally
like to thank you for electing me president and I’m looking forward to
serving you and the chapter this year. Welcome to the all the new board
members. Please take a moment to say hello and let them know if you
have any ideas to make this an even greater chapter.
January is also the month to set new
goals for ourselves. So take a few minutes to set some new writing
goals for 2005. Do you need more time for writing or is it more pages
you want? Set your goals and make a game plan to achieve them.
Remember, sometimes the smallest changes account for the biggest
results. So set your goals, keep writing and submitting those
manuscripts. Let’s make 2005 a banner year for NTRWA.
